Our service department is composed of factory-certified field service engineers covering the entire New England area.  With over 40 years of combined Haas service knowledge and a factory-certified in-house technical support engineer, HFO service engineers specialize only in Haas equipment. Each service engineer drives a fully stocked van so that parts are on hand providing a first call fix rate better than 90%. 

We also have an in-house consignment inventory of over 350 different parts so that we may keep our response time, to down machines, better than 95% next day or less.  Our 24/7 technical phone support aids customers in need after business hours. Our service engineers also provide special services such as Preventative Maintenance Programs, 11 Month PM’s, Maintenance Classes, Ball Bar Services and Turnkey projects.

Rotary Repair

We are a certified Haas rotary repair facility.  As the local Haas Factory Outlet we are a more convenient source for conducting repairs on your malfunctioning rotary tables and indexers.

We offer rental units for your use while your unit is undergoing diagnostic testing and repair.
